Ok ... dilemma. I am using the Pottery Barn Kids persecution in my nursery beds. Not all crazy by painting the walls blue, I think it would be too blue. I would go with a light neutral color on all walls ... but the guy wanted something unique and different. Should I make a chair rail? If so, what color??? Should I make an accent wall blue chair?? rails are not well take into smaller rooms? I do not want scratches on the walls because that would be too many bands, but maybe some kind of design that? Help! :)
