if your heavy what kind of swimming suit do u thing would be the best?
i am not big and fat but i do have a large top and a wide bottom
i love to swim and i teach swim lessons so not wear one or not going is out of the question.lol
A one-piece is appropriate for lessons. It is more secure and less likely to be pulled or adjusted during class. I never let my instructors wear a two-piece. That being said, look for something comfortable that you can move in; a basic tank suit is great for teaching as are racing suits because they hold up to extensive wear. If you need a suit with more support up top check out Land's End, they do chest-sized swimsuits. Also, they can suggest suits according to your body shape which is always helpful!
