Sweet 16 birthday party?

My 16th birthday is in October and I have no idea what to do. of my friends have very relaxed most parents that allow them to go dancing until 4 am (I live in Cyprus, where people do not give a damn and identifiers might as well not exist.) I've been in some of these parties. After the most recent, however, I had a bit of a hangover and my mother learned she had been drinking and was out after the way I touch remains. So there's no way I would be able to go to a club for my birthday. I have no idea what to do. I am not allowed a party at home, but I may some 20 people more. I have a pool (which might be too cold in October), a trampoline and a large garden. My friend suggested getting a large gazebo / tent type thing campaign and have a game in which created then maybe sleeping bags in the gazebo. I'm concerned that compaired to all parts of the club, mine will be boring. Any ideas or suggestions are welcome! = D 10 points for best answer!
