GEOMETRY HELP PLEASE!?
Hello, I'm having some problems with a problem in my book. This is what it says, word for word. "Mr. Singer has a dining table in the form of a regular hexagon. Although I love this design, which has struggled to find tablecloths to cover it. Has decided to make their own tablecloth! To make your tablecloth to drape over each end, which will add a rectangular piece along each side of a regular hexagon. So am I supposed to use the dimensions in the diagram in my book where each side rectangular pieces each is equal to 1 and then half of the hexagon is equal to 6. Sorry, can not include the picture to help but hopefully I can respond well w / o it. Thank you. 
If you ask how much material is needed? If the 6 "is from one corner to the opposite corner, then each side is 3 '. Table area is 13.5 √ 3 = 23.38 square feet over the hanging are 6 x 3 + 18 m² total is 41.38 meters square I'm confused about "half of the hexagon is 6 '." Is this saying each edge is 6 '? then area = 18 x 3 √ 3 = 93.53 m² More hangs = 6 feet x 6 = 36 square feet is 129.53 square feet Total ...
