Absolutely, I have a sectional made by the same company using the same Bicast / Microfiber material.
I've been able to clean stains off with Folex Carpet Spot Remover. It's called carpet spot remover but the bottle also says it's excellent for upholstery. I'm sure there are plenty of brands that will work and you can look around for other recommendations, It's is just what I use.
Anyway, to answer your initial question - yes that material can definitely be cleaned.
