I set my airconditioner at 85 degrees during the day and it still will not shut off.?
I have a brand new unit outside and new coils and blower on the inside. During the day i keep all the lights off and i have solar screens and tent on my windows. I also have thermal curtains. It is only me home during the day so there is no traffic in and out of the house and my airconditioner won't shut off even though the thermostat is set at 85. This is our 3rd thermostat cause we thought maybe that was the problem but obviously it is not. Please help we are miserable in our home and i have done everything possiable. thank you
Is there some reason you haven't called back the company who installed all this new equipment to repair it under warranty? Did the system ever work? There has to be more to the story.
