Help me with making my beer cap table?
I've already acquired all the beer caps I could possibly use for this project, but the next step is a little troubling. I'm not quite sure the route to take when furnishing the actual table top. Should I go poured resin? And if so, then what kind? Should I go grouted? And if so, then how? Do you have any other good ideas? Also, what kind of table? I was thinking of the regular white table with fold-out legs, but would the weight of the caps cause it to bend? Then what do you think about making some kind of wall art with my left overs? I'm from Louisiana and fleur de lis are pretty popular. I'm thinking of making some type of big fleur de lis made from beer caps. Has anyone every seen anything like that? And do you think I could sell them if they were well crafted

I used a hammer and and a soft wood wheel from electrical wire. Slickest tree fort table known to man. You could start a fire on it.
Unless you plan on dozens of layers, the weight of the bottle caps will be the same as a sheet of steel. Resin will be a lot heavier, as would be grout.
Honestly, I can't imagine anyone wanting this who wasn't a borderline alcoholic who likes crafts. This, like beer can pyramids and empty liquor bottles, screams "I drink too much" and goes out of style for most people roughly in their junior year of college.
