Pink Painted Cedar
Best soothing color to paint a bedroom.?
I need help finding the right color to paint my bedroom. It’s 16’ x 15 ½’ room. The carpet is a sage green, our bedding is off white, leaning toward light tan. We tried BM Cedar Key and Vista Paint’s Starlight. Both of these colors feel too cement-y and down-ish to us. I also tried BM’s Whisper violet (too light and baby-ish and chalky) and their Foggy Bottom (very pink on the walls, very bubble gum).
Does anyone have a suggestion for either a great warm off white (and a coordinating trim color, if you have one!) And or a color (perhaps in the lavender family?) that will work with the sage green carpet and the espresso wood bedroom set.

lighter shade of emerald green or lemon yellow that looks good in the eye and is relaxing too..
