Woodside is, that's the main stop on the LIRR in Queens after leaving Jamaica. Most trains (local and express) is stop there, some will skip expressed Woodside. check the schedule. right above the subway station in New York is the # 7 train. you can take that two stops north to Roosevelt-74a-c / Broadway Ave Woodside http://mta.info/lirr/html/ttn/woodside.htm calendar as an alternative. you can take the LIRR to Jamaica and transfer E line and go to Roosevelt Ave-74th St-Broadway. but it is a little faster if you just take the LIRR to Woodside.
