any embarassing stories while attending a NRL game?
i was at Telstra Stadium back in 2006 (now ANZ stadium) watching Bulldogs vs Panthers. i got up as Bulldogs scored and was cheering, and my seat automatically folded back up. i didnt realise and sat, falling straight to the floor. yeah, i was laughed at :X
I was at a Tigers VS Dragons game years ago at Aussie Stadium or whatever its called.
We were outnumbered and this Dragons supporter who was genuinely mentally retarded was fully sitting looking at me (even though he was across and down from us) and not watching the match.
He started saying "you are going to lose Dragons will win" and I initially ignored it but then got the shts cos he wouldnt leave us alone. It was like he was fixated on us and just wanted us to get angry at him cos if the Dragons scored or made a good play he fully would turn right to us and go "YAAAAAYYY!!!!" then laugh.
Eventually the Tigers started winning and when I cheered a try he turned around and ignored us.
I felt slack for 5 minutes
