WHEN IT FOLDED DOWN IT LOOKED LIKE A PICNIC TABLE. WHEN IT WAS FOLDED UP IT JUST LOOKED LIKE A DECORITIVE WALL PIECE. IF ANYONE HAS SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS OR KNOW WHERE I COULD GET SOMETHING LIKE THAT PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

What your talking about is very similar to a Murphy bed.
Google had many sites for murphy tables. Just browse it and you will find something there. I just found something that looked like a hutch and then folded out to a table, what you are describing.
