Looking for a Caribbean resort?

I am looking for a nice Caribbean resort where my boyfriend and I go on vacation. We've been in Bermuda Cayman Islands and Jamaica, so we do not want to go there again. I want a place that has much to offer young couples active (and also has a large number of active young couples, not filled with older couples or a bunch of kids). I also want a place we can go see the waterfalls. But my most important thing is that I want the picturesque white sand beach with palm trees and hammocks / beach beds to put underneath. I used multiple search engines, but I'd rather talk to someone who has been in one of these resorts. I also want a place with bars on site. Thanks!

My husband and I went to two places that might fit the bill, although no waterfalls. Cataracts just that I know are Dunns River Falls in Jamaica and falls of water in St. Lucia. I have not been anywhere, but I always wanted to be in this hotel outdoors in the jungle. http://www.ladera.com/ We went to Aruba and stayed at the Radisson Hotel. The hotel was nice - We have chosen for the pool and beach, which were fantastic. Sunset walk. It was invaded by children, although there are some there, but there were tons of iguanas. The hotel had a couple of restaurants and you can walk along the beach to any number of other hotels. Outside the hotel was a strip with lots of restaurants. The food was excellent, though a little expensive. http://www.radisson.com/aruba also visited the Sol Melia Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is an all inclusive with food, drinks, and most water sports included. We tried the banana boat and horseback riding. The restaurants in the resort were good. Again, some children but not too many.
