Any architechs out there who would be willing to help with a school project?
I will create a management plan for wildlife and I have to include how would fund my area. What I would like to do is have a fund that underground building. The building would be slightly rounded on top so you know where it is and not run over with a tractor. would have the dirt on top so you can plant native wildflowers to attract butterflies. The building would have to be very well lit with solar panels and maybe a backup system. Need a small kitchen, 1 rm for storage of tables and chairs. a rm for storage of items child care and housing space for anyone except the kitchen (which can use the other) may house attatched to the kitchen and put a separate output to the outside rather than extra connecting to other rooms. ...... Anyway I need to know how much it would cost to do somthing like this and someone who could speak to get a realistic price. More points for realists.
For starters, you have to give you an idea of square feet. A 1400 m² building would be less expensive than building square feet 3000. There is also the problem of obtaining the permission of the local development department to do this. Some places are much more stringent than others. There are growing concerns soil quality. Where is the water table in relation to all this? What is the seismic condition of the area? Will you have file you and the EIR (Environmental Impact Report)? My wife is an architect and when I ran past here with the limited information, says you should budget $ 1 million as specialized projects of this nature can have hidden traps that drive up costs
