Running at night--reflective gear?
Now that it's dark by 5, do you run with reflective gear on or just watch out the cars?
I'm an early morning before the sunrises type of runner but the snow in the morning, unplowed roads may be delaying me some until the evening when I can get out.
Safety first! My wife has a friend that got hit by a car when she was running in broad daylight. It can happen to anyone at any time.
Be safe! I would wear reflective gear! There is some nice stuff out there that doesn't look bad to wear called illumiNITE.
