Can you hang a pendant light in an apartment?
You know how in an apartment, you can't (or aren't supposed to) mess up walls/ceilings by drilling holes, let alone try to hang a light fixture.... OR can I? Is there a way to do this that isn't complicated?
I wanted to hang pendants over the nightstands on either side of my bed, but I don't know if it can be done.. any advice would help tremendously! Thanks.
you could buy some small metal hooks at the hardware store cheap.
If you get ones that are 1/8 inch or even smaller diameter.
And then locate the wood 2x4 in the ceiling
you can just screw this small hook into the ceiling.
then using a " swag lighting kit " google that.
hang up your lights.
then when you move all you have to do is fill the little 1/8 hole with some white filler.
filling a small hole like that is easy.
