V6 Mustang, major confusion. Stalled when put into gear, now its fine but has engine light.?
I posted a question relating to my 98 V6 Stang earlier in the week... what it was doing was, it was idling fine, but then instantly stalling whenever put into drive or reverse, with no way whatsoever of engaging the car into gear without stalling..
Now it is completely backwards.
It is stalling while in park now, after about 1 min of idling without any addl. gas given to it. It does NOT however jump and stall when put into gear. I thought it was my torque converter, but I drove the car atleast five miles with no shifting problems whatsoever. However, the car has NO power, and the Check Engine light is on.
I have a cheap Cold Air Intake in it and I noticed that it became unconnected right before it reaches the MAF sensor. I reconnected it, and it just made the problem worse.
...Bad MAF Sensor? I'm gonna go to autozone and have them read the code tomorrow, but i am impatient heh. What are your thoughts?

Sounds like disconected air induction blew o2 sensor. I had same problem and replacing fixed it.
