Motion Activated Floodlight
Is it easy to configure multiple outdoor lights to go together with motion sensors?
I wish I had three outdoor lights all be connected to two or three motion sensors along the back of my house. Is it easy to have the movement of any of the three sensors activate the lights simultaneously. I'm trying to avoid the use of independent motion lights, because often only one goes because it is the only one that detects movement. Also, I'm better off using the lights combination that has motion sensors or is it a better solution for specialized use motion sensors that activate standard reflectors? My basement is not finished, so that wiring problems are not a problem.
I suggest you use a proprietary system that uses individual sensors can be mounted anywhere and run to a central control unit and can be done to change at any number of lights you want to use a relay if necessary. This is a better way light sensors mounted as you do not always want to light when a sensor is and vice versa.
