What is this ?.... call (Mechanical design of electronic equipment)?
I have a problem, please read this and leave your suggestions. Any help will be appreciated I plan to use two surface mount (SMD) light emitting diodes (LED) in a PCB. The PCB is about 12 mm from the wall of the enclosure. Need an optical path leading to the light of the DME for the panel of the box. I've seen some designers manage to do this using an acrylic cone / cylinder between the PCB and Group. I do not know what this is called .... I need a bit of literature about how to design this type of optical path
