Lantern White Powder
I am looking for ideas about decor for my wedding! is this tacky?
Ok so we have a small budget but I am big on decor so I was wondering if it would be tacky to use paper lanterns (do you know where to find light purple paper lanterns?) Tulle and sparkle lights I think they are called!
I also want a simple centerpiece that is cheap and can be taken home as a favor if people so wish!
my colors are Lilac or lavender not sure which yet and powder blue and white as an accent! I am having roses and tulips as my flowers maybe hydrangeas as well!
IDEAS?????
would paper lanterns be tacky is my real question though! lol!
My wedding is outside. I'm using the big circular lighted paper lanterns. I found them at IKEA, but I'm sure you could find them other places. I looked all over their website and I couldn't find them.
I think they are fine and they would be really nice in lavender. They give the area a softer glow than harsh lighting and they look especially nice at night.
I'm not sure what you would plan on doing with the tulle or the sparkle lights, so more details might be helpful.
