weight loss plateau **need help with workout plan*?

i think i have as they say 'hit the wall'.

How to i break out.
I want to raise my metabolism...but how? i eat around 1200calories a day and weight around 53kgs.
what can i do to lose weight??
i ride my bike and briskly walk.

i heard weight training is good, but i dont wanna gain too much muscle.

whats something i can do at home without going to a gym??

i usually walk 40mins everyday, but have been riding my bike for around 3kms.

how can i create a week plan to raise my metabolism and lose weight?

should i bike ride one day, walk the next, run the next then go back to biking or something..

please help.
i want to lose more weight because right now its very obvious *meaning it seems to all be in the wrong place :( *

can someone please recommend a weight work-out suitable?

First of all, at 53 kg, do you really need to lose weight??? I am 58kg and I am swimming in Australian size 8!! (American size 4, I think??)
If you really do need to, the weights idea is a good one. As a female, you won't bulk up, you will just become toned and you don't need to overdo it. This will challenge your body in a different way to cardio and will raise your metabolism. It sounds as if your body has become too used to what it is doing now and needs to be challenged.
But seriously, think about it - why do you need to lose more? Why aren't you happy being a weight most women would love to be?
