Why are my bright blue LED lights solar landscape instead of white?
I just installed solar lights for the coach of my way on Sunday. They are "supposed" to a "brilliant" White, according to the package. They're bright blue mosquito zapper. Shone this color for the last two nights. Is it b / c they need more days to recover? They came from Walmart. Please advise!
If they are "brilliant" this is normal. Since they are new I would say that the "White" is really bright blue. You can see the bulb (which has to be off base. If the LED is blue-ish when off that is your answer. Mine are blue like you .. You can try this (only at night) to put a bit of alkaline batteries to see what happens. It should be more brilliant, but probably still be blue. Never leave alkaline (or any other non-rechargeable battery in your lights during the day that will explode).
