Traffic Class eligibility CA?
Hello I have received three entries so far in three years .. For the first (unsafe turn right - got in December 2007) was kind of traffic (Mar 2008) Second one - Do you have in March 2009 rape of a red light - not in 18 months, so I thought I am not eligible for the kind of traffic - fines a Third - April 2010 - Speeding (on I-5, CA 80 mph on the road 70 mph) - I am eligible for traffic class i this time? None of them are Mis-demanors .. I'm past the time frame-18 months for the kind of traffic, but the second violation is not in the frame 18 months, so I'm confused if I am eligible. I am 25 +. Please let me know if I am eligible. I live in Fremont, Alameda County, California
Yes. You can attend traffic school if you have not been there in 18 months. It's been over 18 months, although you have been a violation of intervention. Indeed, do not assume you can not go to traffic school, although its been less than 18 months. The California Vehicle Code states that if they attended a class for 8 hours in last 12 months (from date rape), can return to traffic school for 12 hours, at the discretion of a judge. Since it appears that stopped a lot, you can consider the fight against this bill. There are plenty of options available. Takes a bit of preliminary work and can not succeed, but in the end you still would eligible for traffic school.
