Roast beef and chicken on the grills public health?
I told my dad that we should do something marinating and grilling meat on the beach or park. He told me the public grills are clean and have never dry on the grill. I think he said we could establish a sheet aluminum if you really want to try? Is that what I should do? Or should I take a scraper and clean the grill? Or should I grill and not worry? thanks
Technically, temperature or charcoal fire is hot enough to kill any grilled bacteria.Cleaning be more trouble than it would worth.Personally cover with foil though.After all, it's a public grid and there are dirty people in the general public.
