Protocol for Claims on shipping damage, defective, and/or missing parts or items
1. Please do not refuse the shipment.
2. Inspect the cartons if they are damaged or crushed, ripped or open and note that on the freight carrier’s receipt next to your signature.
3. Count the number of cartons; most of the time the manufacturer will mark on each carton the number, (for example, 1 of 10). If you count less than what is marked note that on the freight carrier’s receipt next to your signature.
4. Notify the seller by email within 5-business days of receipt of damage or missing cartons.
5. After delivery inspect the contents of your shipment and inventory the items.
6. If you notice damage to a part and/or your item notify the seller by email attaching a picture of the damaged part or item, identify that part by its part number and/or description. Send the picture and description of the part or item to the seller at Ktodd45@optonline.net.
7. If you are missing a part and/ or an item notify the seller by email and describe the part by its part number, name or description.
8. By following this procedure replacement parts/and or item will be sent to you at no charge.
9. You will receive an email from the seller with further instructions and an estimated date of delivery on replacements.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7-days of receipt upon notification to the seller and the seller will advise you of the procedure and address to return the item to. In most cases this will be the manufacturer's return address.
Only new, unused, and returned in it's original packaging items will be considered for a return.
Return Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and this can be quite expensive.
Once the item is inspected by the manufacturer and found to be in new and resellable condition a refund for the item less the original shipping costs which were included in the selling price will be made to the buyer. If you want to know what that cost is please contact the seller.
Your warranty will cover the cost of damaged or missing items which will be sent to you at no charge. (see above for details)
An unauthorized item return will not be accepted.
