Two-Sided partially divided wooden storage shed with roof/side vents and down spouts.
Shed measures outside as 18' wide x 12' deep x 10'-8" high
Left side has a 48" wide single door and approx. 8' wide of storage space.
The left side is great for storing kids toys or camping gear.
Right Side has a double door with a 63" clear opening and approx. 9'" width of storage space.
The right side can be used for lawnmower and other yard equipment and any fuel/chemicals you don't want around your other items.
Needs a new coat of paint but otherwise it is in very good condition with no visible signs of rotting.
Must sell quickly so very low reserve. Must be picked up and moved within a week of the close of the auction. (weather permitting)
