Used Stihl 036 chain saw in very good condition. Low hours, dependable and clean.
Saw includes a new Oregon Pro-Lite 16in 325 063 bar and a new Stihl 325 063 full chisel chain (36RS). Saw is ready to work.
Plastic parts are in very good condition overall. Saw was always cased. No cracks or major scratches with exception of a broken strut just below the pull start handle on the fan shroud (See pic).
Uniquely, the muffler on this saw has been dual ported to ensure cooler running and longer engine life.

This chain saw was originally sold as a “professional grade” vs. an “occasional use” chain saw. The cylinder is long life and the crankshaft and main bearings are heavy duty. Saw has a decompression valve for ease of starting, the adjustable oiler control (E-matic), the adjustable carburetor warming aperture inside the cylinder cover for cooler climates and the chain tensioner is side access.
Shipping will be UPS or FedEx ground (insurance included) for $28 (no P.O. Boxes please). If shipping is significantly less to your zip code I will refund you the difference. I try to charge only exact shipping and I charge no handling or packaging fees.
For a Canadian bidder, the saw will ship anywhere in Canada via USPS Air Parcel Post for $43 (US dollars) insurance included. Local pick-up and/or inspection is always available for no charge.
All fluids will be drained prior to shipping and the bar and chain will be removed which will require some reassembly skills at your end. Jetting adjustment (leaning) would be required at your end if your altitude is significantly higher than sea level.
