There is virtually no maintenance required, just rinse it clean with a mild cleaner and hose. It wonâ??t fade even in the most extreme sun exposure. Our leather goods are all made of 100% Italian Top Grain Leather with a kiln dried, hardwood frame. They feature Pirelli Webbing Support System and high-density foam. There is a 2 year warranty on the outdoor wicker and powder coated aluminum frame, and a 1 year warranty on the foam cushions and fabric. Note:Tables with a glass top have a magnified UV sunlight effect. If these tables are going to be in direct sunlight year round we recommend them be covered when not in use to prevent damage and extend the life of your product. All table glass is tempered, even though it is designed for more durable usage do not place heavy objects, sit, lean or stand of the table. Acts of Nature, dropping items on the table or improper usage voids the warranties. (Please consult your home or business insurance policy to make sure that outdoor furniture can be covered under your policy.
