WE SHIP NATIONWIDE AND TO CANADA! We ship our goods as LTL freight within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is additional. We do not ship internationally exept Canada. Please contact us for a Canadian shipping quote. Buyer will be responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, Customs or Brokerage fees. To ensure that your merchandise arrives without damage, we will take the necessary steps to package and prepare your order prior to shipping. Please allow 2-10 business days for processing depending on the size and difficulty of this task. Once shipped, please allow between 5 and 15 business days for transit time. Shipping charges include either curbside service or delivery to the ground floor or doorstep depending on the carrier. Delivery up or down stairs is not included. Delivery will be done according to the schedule of the shipping company. Delivery drivers may not enter your home so please be prepared to move larger items by having help available. In the unfortunate event that your merchandise arrives with damage, please note the damage on the delivery ticket and contact us immediately. Documentation of damages must be received within 48 hours of delivery. Please do not refuse delivery of an entire shipment due to damage of a particular item, as this will delay replacement of damaged merchandise. Any noted damage will be fixed or replaced at no cost to you. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and give you the option of a full refund.
