We were impressed to learn that the Lucca Collection was recently used to furnish the deck of a prominent European cruise line, but it came as no surprise. The level of quality and sophistication of these outdoor lounge pieces is clear in the cleanly fabricated, corrosion-resistant aluminum frames and innovative Textilene; seats and backs. This mold- and UV-resistant breathable mesh keeps you comfortable by permitting air circulation. Both the Chaise Lounge and Adjustable Lounge Armchair feature smoothly operating five-stage adjustable seat backs for customized reclining. The high backs fully support the entire upper body, even the head, and the sloping armrests accommodate relaxed arms and wrists. Rubber glides on front legs protect floors; rubber back wheels provide mobility. Made in Spain.

Domestic shipping:Domestic shipping rates include the continental US only. We are happy to provide shipping quotes to Buyers in Hawaii and Alaska. Please just message us with the item you are interested in and your zip code.Smaller parcels ship via FedEx Home for residential and Ground for business deliveries. Items ship out Monday thru Friday within 2-5 business days after the payment clears. Parcels with a total combined selling price over $500 will require a direct signature by the Buyer. FedEx will send automated tracking info to the e-mail address associated with the Buyer's Paypal account. If you are not receiving these tracking updates, please check your spam filter.Large items ship via AGS Freight or Elite Delivery Systems. Most of items ship via AGS. They pick up freight every Wednesday morning. If payment clears after Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. EST, the item will ship out on Wednesday of the following week (not the following day). Limited items will ship via Elite Delivery Systems and are handled on a case by case basis. Both delivery services provide a basic scheduled freight delivery. Un-boxing/crating and assembly are not provided. The Buyer will be contacted directly by the shipping company to coordinate a delivery window. AGS will contact Buyers via the e-mail address associated with their Paypal account. The Seller will contact the Buyer to request a phone number for all Elite deliveries. Shipping insurance is not offered. The Seller takes responsibility for items damaged in transit.International shipping to Canada:At this time, we can only ship internationally to Canada. All Canadian shipping quotes are handled on a case by case basis. Please just message us with the item you are interested in and your postal code. All items are shipped via FedEx Intl. Ground or AGS Freight depending on size. The Buyer will be additionally responsible for taxes and import fees totaling 15% of the final selling price.Shipping insurance is not offered. The Seller takes responsibility for items damaged in transit. Local pick-up:We offer free local pickup at our DWR Annex location, which is located in Secaucus, New Jersey. Secaucus is conveniently located near New York City and Jersey City.
Hours of Operation
We do not have a retail location at this time. As this is a large and active warehouse, it is not open to the public. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. We do check our messages outside of these business hours, but immediate response to your inquiry is not always possible. If you do not receive an answer to your question within 48 hours - it's possible we may not have gotten your email. Please message us a second time and we will make every effort to respond promptly.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns. We take great pride in documenting each item thoroughly so the buyer knows exactly what they are purchasing. If an item arrives damaged or is not as described, notify us immediately so that we can work with you to arrange an exchange or if a replacement is not available, a refund. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. Be sure to retain the original packing materials for any item if it is damaged in shipping so that we can arrange a return.
