This looks brand new to me! It has been used, but it looks like a Demo unit. Look how clean the brush is and we didn't clean it! I do not have the shampooer. Shipping is $35 to anywhere in the lower 48 states. I have used many vacuums in my life and the Kirby is the best one I have used by far!Buyer must pay within 4 days of close of auction.
