This was a demo model. Unit appears to have been very lightly used based on overall condition as being excellent. Bottom clean, filter and input area clean, exterior clean. I tested unit and it is operating correctly. Unit cylces on and off as the Honeywell thermostat requires calls for heat. Fan cycles on and off with heat. Download manual at:
