All items must be paid within 5 days after item is closed. Payments accepted Online are PayPal only. PayPal Accounts must be verified before payment is made. This way we know who paid and to what address it needs to go to. If the address and names differ, this could cause a delay in shipping.

Items will be shipped within 24 hours of confirmation of payment (excluding payments received Friday afternoon, Saturdays and Sundays). Shipping is made either via USPS  and UPS. Please allow 1-6 Business days for delivery from Date of Payment. Items shipped International are shipped mainly with USPS and in rare cases we use UPS. We do our best to ship with the best available carrier at the time of shipment. You may check your Paypal payment details for shipping and tracking information. Our Refund Policy

Returns are accepted if item does not work or is misrepresented.   Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item.  If you received a wrong item or an item arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it. Please take photos of the box and the damage. These images will be for claims purposes. UPS and USPS may require proof of damage. Any item returned due to damage or misrepresentation on our part will be refunded the total amount paid (including shipping). If an item is returned for any reason other than DOA or wrong item, then we will only refund the purchase cost excluding shipping. If an item was offered with FREE SHIPPING, 10% of the cost of purchase but not less than $9.95 will be automatically deducted from the purchase price to recoup shipping and handling expenses. All returns for whatever reason will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Items that are sold as-is are non-refundable.
