We want you to have your patio furniture as soon as possible, so once payment has been cleared, we ship within 1 business days.
Sorry we only ship within the contiguous 48 states.
· After transaction is completed, confirm delivery address and phone number, so we can give this information to the Freight Company. The carrier will call your daytime phone number to arrange a convenient delivery time.
· All purchases reflect insured shipping.
· You must be present to sign per Paypal rules.
· Delivery Fee represent curbside delivery (Freight company will bring merchandise up to the front door or a garage. They will not take merchandise inside a house). Other delivery services can be arranged for an added fee.
· Simple assembly required for this particular set.
When receiving the merchandise, make sure to inspect the pieces immediately upon arrival before signing. Please note we are NOT responsible of any damages during transport. In case of any damage, please write it in the body of the bill of lading, and file a claim with the freight company. Don’t forget to notify us immediately by e-mail at info@outdoorious.com.
Please save the damaged furniture until advised of resolution of the freight claim and in case we need to pick up the product for replacement. All returns must be authorized by Outdoorious and we will advise you as to return authorization number and arrange for pickup and exchange of any damaged merchandise.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. All returns must be approved before returning merchandise.
Items must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition. Merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. A refund will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item. Buyer will responsible for actual shipping costs both ways.
