Here's a "Garden Leisure" brand above ground pool heater which runs on 220v and can heat up to a 18ft pool! it's brand new and never used and includes all directions/hoses/plug adapters(for USA)/etc. Ended up buying a bigger pool that came with a heater so I never used this. My buddy got as well and he just runs a 220v extension cord from his clothes dryer plug for about 3-4 hours till the pool is warm(make sure to unplug before kids get in the water!). I think I paid around $100 for it, but If I could get $50 Id be happy....
